This classroom is based the traditional 30 movement Wu Tai Chi Slow Form in the lineage of Grandmaster Wu Jian-Chaun. It is double sided form designed to improve health and is suitable for people with lower mobility and flexibility.
This is a support classroom for my Qi Gong Health classes including warmup and forms. It contains lists of the movements of the forms plus a video to follow along at home.

There are many reasons why tai chi may not be able to be practied standing up and may have to be performed in a chair. The health benefits of tai chi can still be experienced while seated and there is no reason why everyone shouldn't experience the benefits.
