This classroom is based the traditional 30 movement Wu Tai Chi Slow Form in the lineage of Grandmaster Wu Jian-Chaun. It is double sided form designed to improve health and is suitable for people with lower mobility and flexibility.

There are many reasons why tai chi may not be able to be practied standing up and may have to be performed in a chair. The health benefits of tai chi can still be experienced while seated and there is no reason why everyone shouldn't experience the benefits.
